    1. I can't say for sure but I wouldn't think so. What I do know is that every new flour is an adventure. So I always add water gradually and see how the dough behaves. If necessary I add more water than originally planned. But even if you stick to the same brand of flour or variety of grain, a different batch may require adjustments in hydration. I would just go in trial and error mode the first few times...
